Janoris Jenkins, St. Louis Rams reportedly in dispute

Rams coach Jeff Fisher reportedly told rookie Janoris Jenkins before the draft that he needed to hire a certain financial manager. If true, it’s a labor-rules violation that could land the coach in hot water.
