Highly unlikely Derek Carr replaces Matt Schaub in ’14?

The Raiders have faith Matt Schaub can bounce back from his terrible 2013 campaign. It reportedly would take something “catastrophic” for rookie Derek Carr to overtake Schaub at QB this season.
