Group of New Jersey lawmakers calls for Goodell’s ouster

The whole “Fire Goodell” movement has subsided considerably in weeks, thanks to the slower-than-expected “independent” investigation and the lull in the Ray Rice appeal process.  Eventually, the outcome of the not-so-independent Robert Mueller probe and the presumably independent Rice proceeding could get Commissioner Roger Goodell in trouble with the owners.  For now, though, the chatter…
