Gov. Dayton: Minnesota Vikings’ stadium bill is ‘still breathing’

A deal on a new stadium for the Minnesota Vikings is still alive despite time closing on the state’s legislative session, Gov. Mark Dayton said Monday according to the Star Tribune.
