Goodell will hear NFLPA’s recommendations on player discipline

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said Wednesday that DeMaurice Smith, executive director of the NFL Players Association, and union leadership will provide recommendations for player punishment in the New Orleans Saints “bounty” scandal.
