Giants RB Jacobs doubtful with ‘mildly’ sprained knee ligament

The Giants backfield went into “next guy up” mode Friday as Brandon Jacobs was deemed doubtful for Sunday’s game against Seattle with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee.
