Ex-Raiders CB Routt reaches three-year deal with Chiefs

Former Oakland Raiders cornerback Stanford Routt has agreed to terms on a three-year, $19.6 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs, a league source told NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora on Monday.
