Ex-Panthers WR Dwanye Jarrett to join CFL’s Roughriders

After spending the last year and a half out of football, former Carolina Panthers wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett has signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League, the team announced Friday.
