EJ Manuel out for Buffalo Bills; Thad Lewis to start

The Buffalo Bills will start Thad Lewis at quarterback this week against the Miami Dolphins as rookie EJ Manuel deals with a knee injury. Bills coach Doug Marrone announced the move Wednesday.
