Eagles trade up to draft Jordan Matthews at No. 42

The Eagles drafted Vanderbilt wide receiver Jordan Matthews in the second round (42nd overall pick) after completing a deal with the Titans. Tennessee received the 54th and 122nd overall picks in return.
