Eagles add Taylor Martinez

The Eagles have added a former college quarterback who won’t play quarterback in Philly. According to Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly.com, Chip Kelly and company have signed former Nebraska quarterback Taylor Martinez.  Per Frank, Martinez will be moved to receiver or defensive back.
