Dolphins players told Ryan Tannehill to start Week 4

Dolphins coach Joe Philbin on Tuesday remained mum on his QB plans before Miami takes on the Raiders. But Jeff Darlington reports that some players have been told Ryan Tannehill will be under center Week 4.
