Dolphins exercise fifth-year option on Mike Pouncey

The Miami Dolphins exercised the fifth-year option on Pro Bowl center Mike Pouncey on Tuesday, per Albert Breer. The No. 15 overall pick in 2011 is now under contract through 2015.
