Dennis Hickey is Miami Dolphins’ new general manager

The Miami Dolphins finally have found their next general manager. Dennis Hickey was hired as Jeff Ireland’s replacement Sunday, joining the team after 18 seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
