Cowboys VP: Tony Romo will be ready by training camp

Though Tony Romo remains the Dallas Cowboys’ starting quarterback, he still must recover from surgery. Vice president Stephen Jones told season-ticket holders Tuesday that Romo will be ready for training camp.
