Cowboys’ Tony Romo will be on IR; Kyle Orton to start

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo had back surgery and will be placed on injured reserve, coach Jason Garrett said Friday. Kyle Orton will be at the helm for the team’s win-and-in game Sunday.
