Cowboys owner Jones doesn’t see retirement on the horizon

Jerry Jones is a hands-on type of owner, and it’s the only way he thought it would work when he bought the team in 1989. Jones still feels that way, and doesn’t think he’d ever hand over the GM reigns to someone else.
