Chip Kelly: DeSean Jackson cut for ‘football reasons’

Chip Kelly denied Monday that the Philadelphia Eagles released receiver DeSean Jackson due to off-field issues. Team owner Jeffrey Lurie also commented on Jackson’s signing with a division rival.
