Chiefs release tight end Dominique Jones, linebacker Robert James

The Chiefs have released linebacker Robert James and Dominique Jones, the club said Thursday. James, 30, was added to the Chiefs’ roster on Dec. 31, and he appeared in the club’s wild card round loss at Indianapolis.
