Cecil Shorts: Criticism of Chad Henne unwarranted

Jaguars wideout Cecil Shorts is tired of Chad Henne being blamed for Jacksonville’s ills, saying the widespread criticism of the veteran quarterback is coming “from people who don’t know football.”
