Carson Palmer (elbow) says he’ll start for Cardinals

Carson Palmer told NFL Media columnist Michael Silver that he’s good to go for the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday against the St. Louis Rams. Palmer was listed as questionable with an elbow injury.
