Carlos Rogers, Justin Smith miss practice for 49ers

49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers recently said “hell no” regarding whether he’d rule himself out for Sunday’s playoff game at Lambeau Field.  As to whether he missed practice on Wednesday, the answer would be “hell yes.” Rogers suffered a hamstring injury during his team’s Week 17 win over the Cardinals.  He has said “it ain’t bad”…
