Cardinals fear serious injury for Adrian Wilson

The Cardinals may be without one of their best players for a while. Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic reports that safety Adrian Wilson hurt his bicep/right elbow on Saturday, and there is some fear the muscle could be torn.  Wilson will take an MRI Saturday night.
