Bryant, Houston, Pierre-Paul to skip minicamps

Dez Bryant, Justin Houston and Jason Pierre-Paul will skip mandatory minicamp this week. All three players were hit with the franchise tag. None of them have signed their tender and aren’t subject to fine.
