Browns place Andrew Hawkins on IR

The Browns have placed veteran wide receiver Andrew Hawkins on injured reserve. Hawkins suffered his second concussion of the season last month in Pittsburgh. He was hospitalized overnight for observation after being hit by Steelers linebacker Jarvis Jones following an interception.
