Brian Hoyer to start for Cleveland Browns vs. Redskins

Cleveland Browns coach Mike Pettine said Thursday that Brian Hoyer will start Monday night’s preseason game against the Redskins. He stressed that reps will be split evenly with Johnny Manziel.
