Brian Hoyer named starter for Texans vs. Jaguars

Texans coach Bill O’Brien named Brian Hoyer the team’s starting quarterback for their upcoming Week 6 game against the Jaguars. Hoyer took over for Ryan Mallett in Thursday’s loss to the Colts.
