Bills expect EJ Manuel to start vs. Bengals

The Buffalo Bills will likely start EJ Manuel at quarterback Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, NFL Media’s Albert Breer reported Saturday. Tyrod Taylor will miss his first start since joining Buffalo.
