Arrest warrant for Nick Moody thrown out after he appears in court

Nick Moody won’t have to go to jail, but he did have to go to Santa Clara. The former 49ers linebacker, avoided an arrest warrant by showing up to testify against former teammate Aldon Smith in Smith’s trial on DUI and leaving the scene of an accident charges.
