Alex Smith trade could produce better pick for 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers already picked up pass rusher Tank Carradine with one draft pick from the Alex Smith trade. If the Kansas City Chiefs go 8-8 or better this season, the 49ers will reportedly add another second-round pick.
