Alex Hall, ex-CFL standout, signs deal with Panthers

The Panthers announced Friday they’ve signed former N.Y. Giants pass rusher Alex Hall, who spent the last two seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Hall was second in the CFL with 16 sacks in 2013.
