Aldon Smith charged with assault weapon possession

San Francisco 49er Aldon Smith is charged with three felony counts of illegal possession of an assault weapon, Santa Clara County (Calif.) prosecutors said Wednesday. The charges stem from a house party last year where Smith was stabbed.
