Bills grab Sammy Watkins after trading up to No. 4

The Buffalo Bills traded up to draft Sammy Watkins fourth overall in the 2014 NFL Draft. The Cleveland Browns received the Bills’ ninth overall pick, as well as Buffalo’s first- and fourth-round picks in 2015.
