Dennis Allen: Matt Schaub on par with Manning, Rivers

Raiders coach Dennis Allen said Tuesday that Matt Schaub is “on par” with other AFC West quarterbacks such as Peyton Manning and Philip Rivers. Is there reason to believe that to be true?
