Marc Trestman: I might’ve kept Jay Cutler in too long

Marc Trestman didn’t yank Jay Cutler until the Chicago Bears’ final drive in a loss to the Detroit Lions. Though Cutler now is worse for the wear, the coach defended his decision to stick with his starting QB.
