Aldon Smith rejoins San Francisco 49ers; role uncertain

Aldon Smith is out of rehab and back on the San Francisco 49ers’ active roster after being activated off the non-football injury list. The 49ers’ pass rusher now is eligible to play in Week 10 versus the Panthers.
