Marshall Faulk: ‘Old guys’ shouldn’t make safety rules

Marshall Faulk is no fan of the NFL’s proposed rule change concerning ball-carriers leading with the crowns of their helmets. The Hall of Famer said “old guys” in a room shouldn’t make safety decisions.
