Chan Gailey: C.J. Spiller to start for Bills vs. Colts

Chan Gailey announced that C.J. Spiller will start at running back against the Indianapolis Colts, but the Buffalo Bills coach didn’t shut the door on Fred Jackson playing a role on Sunday.
