NFL moves up Week 2 Oakland Raiders-Miami Dolphins kickoff

Kickoff for the Week 2 matchup between the Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins has been moved forward to 1 p.m. ET from 4:15 p.m. to accommodate fans celebrating the Rosh Hashanah holiday, the NFL said Thursday.
