McDaniels back with Patriots as assistant for now, OC later

Josh McDaniels agreed to terms on a multiyear contract to rejoin the New England Patriots’ coaching staff, a league source said Saturday. He’ll be an assistant throughout the playoffs, then become offensive coordinator after the season ends.
