Cowboys QB Romo practices with hand wrapped, expects to play

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo practiced for a second consecutive day since bruising his hand in last week’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, and he had the look of a man set on playing in Sunday’s playoff play-in game against the New York Giants while talking to reporters after practice.
