Polian compliments work Caldwell has done with winless Colts

Jim Caldwell has failed at his job if you judge him by the record of his team. But Colts vice chairman Bill Polian defended his coach this week, saying Caldwell is doing the best job he’s ever in 2011. Very interesting.
