Cardinals not expecting injured QB Kolb to play vs. Rams

Kevin Kolb’s status for Sunday’s game against the St. Louis Rams looks doubtful after he missed practice for a second consecutive day, and a league source said the Arizona Cardinals don’t expect the quarterback to play.
