Chip Kelly on Tim Tebow: ‘He’s a quarterback’

Eagles coach Chip Kelly didn’t bring Tim Tebow to Philly to change the passer’s position. “He’s a quarterback,” Kelly said Thursday. “We’re not looking at him at any other position.”
