Kelly on Mariota draft talk: ‘I think that stuff’s crazy’

Chip Kelly told reporters on Wednesday that the recently acquired Sam Bradford is not a trade chip, and the team has no plans to make an aggressive move up the draft board for Marcus Mariota.
