Bill Musgrave hired as Raiders offensive coordinator

Bill Musgrave will be the Raiders’ new offensive coordinator. Musgrave comes to Oakland from the Philadelphia Eagles. Musgrave has ties to new head coach Jack Del Rio from their days in Jacksonville.
