Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones plans to announce at 4:00 p.m. ET whether he’ll forgo two remaining years of college eligibility and enter the 2015 NFL draft.  Or perhaps some other “life-changing decision.” If he decides to enter the draft, he’ll still have some time to un-decide.
