Agent: ‘False’ Hoyer won’t re-sign if Manziel on team

Brian Hoyer beat out rookie Johnny Manziel for the Browns starting quarterback role, but the veteran said there’s no truth to a report he won’t re-sign with Cleveland if the rookie is still on the roster.
